Added an Explorer button linking to https://noidscan.com/ in both the desktop and mobile navigation.

This gives users quick access to the Parano1d block explorer directly from the main site.

Thanks. NOIDScan is already published in the new Links directory, so this PR is no longer needed.

For future additions, please follow the site contribution rules and add the project through ecosystem.json rather than directly to the navigation:
