The local-producer correspondence report is supported within its declared trust boundary. The sole production call to the trusted seal carries the prepared template and exact post-State through proving; nonce is the only post-proof change, and commit-time checks bind parent, PoW, State and bundle. The declared boundary and provenance are preserved.

The unsafe local bridge assumes the node-owned control flow and an honest local prover; this is not an inbound verification bypass. No new production bug or numerical security improvement is claimed. The separate circuit-accounting findings were implemented and recalculated in this commit.
