This pipeline was never merged and does not describe the current release process or production HistoryStep pack.

Summary

add hosted Intel macOS validation and remove the unused self-hosted AVX-512 workflow
split one-time canonical HistoryStep generation from repeatable matrix-embedded native builds
authenticate one B64/m23 + B255/m24 pack across Linux x86-64, Linux ARM64, Windows x86-64, Apple Silicon, and Intel macOS
keep the GitHub release as a draft until all five native bundles and the final checksum manifest succeed
set the production workspace and CLI version to 0.0.1
