The local publisher uses proof-native/parano1d for CI and checks canonical main plus every mirror before creating the same annotated release tag on all four remotes. Release notes retain one physical line per paragraph, and the release guide documents byte-for-byte asset mirroring.

Validation: 11 focused packaging and input-validation tests pass; both frozen mainnet packs round-trip with verified digests; workflow YAML and Bash steps parse; git diff --check passes. CI remains manual.

Native Release still passed only the legacy matrix pack, so v2 packaging could not receive its required matrices, pins and retirement verification keys. This change carries both frozen packs through preflight and every native build, validates their contents and hashes, and publishes one complete checksum manifest.
